Head of Quality, Nordics (Finland)
Location: Jyväskylä, Finland
We are recruiting for Head of Quality, Nordics to join our Quality team.
In this role you will lead the Quality team in Finland and have the overall responsibility for providing direction for the team. Together with the Quality team you will develop and maintain our certified management systems in Finland, Sweden and Denmark. This includes gathering KPI’s, managing initiatives, running internal and partner audits, completing management reviews and complying with all relevant legislation. As a Head of Quality, you will also strengthen the ownership of processes and best practice sharing between the sites and foster a continuous improvement mind set across the organization.
You will be actively involved at an operational level and improve our project execution and quality by supporting R&D with dedicated Project Quality Engineers (PQEs). You will introduce appropriate tools, manage quality cases (CAPAs) and support different stakeholders (e.g. bid management, sales, customer services, process owners) in all quality related topics.
The ability to demonstrate solid industrial experience in a leadership role and proven track record of successfully implementing Quality Standards, Business Excellence Processes and Benchmarking is essential. In addition, you will drive Continuous Improvement methodology throughout the business and understand software development methods. Experience as a certified auditor is desirable. As we work in an international environment and with people from different cultural backgrounds, fluent English language skills are important.
